Job Description:

In-house defense counsel is seeking a No-Fault Attorney responsible for case assignments from inception to resolution, to appear in courts in all venues in the NYC metropolitan area, conduct EUOs and arbitration. The position also includes drafting motions, preparing for depositions and conferences, and preparing master arbitration documents with the AAA.
