No Cookies General Bakeshop Helper

We have the following job available in our Biscuit Operation: JOB TITLE: NO Cookies General Bakeshop Helper. # OF OPENINGS: ONE (1). BASE RATE/HOUR: $28.42-$31.41. HOURS: Normal start-10:35p.m to 6:40a.m. (RED Team) (Hours may vary with production assignment.) Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs. JOB DESCRIPTION: To include a wide variety of temporary assignments scheduled by immediate supervisor in the Biscuit Processing area including, but not limited to, Scaling, Mixing, Utility, Depositing, Ovens, Chocolate Room/Robots, and Relief. The Processing GBH is a multi-functional position that will rotate through several jobs within the classification. The incumbent will be assigned sanitation duties, and will be required to operate a lift truck and powered pallet jack. Since duties will include substituting or providing relief coverage for Processing Machine Operators, candidates must possess mechanical aptitude. The Processing GBH must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. This support may include but is not limited to: serving in the role of 5S Leader, actively participating in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.) and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment. The person in this position must also perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
