Job Responsibility

Design, deliver and continuously improve the NITA Residential Program to support trainee wellbeing, stability, work readiness, and successful participation in training and employment
Lead, supervise and develop Wellbeing Support Workers to deliver consistent trauma-informed and culturally safe residential support
Build and maintain effective working relationships to act as a key point of coordination across NITA, hotel operations, People & Culture, and external service providers
Ensure that the residential environment is safe, predictable, calm, culturally respectful and aligned with workplace expectations
Provide visible on-site leadership and be the primary operational interface between NITA Residential and hotel operations
