We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales (Night shift) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in English. The Telesales will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.
Job Responsibility:
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments
Schedule apartment viewing tours
Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%)
Assist customers in completing rental application forms
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
OR 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management preferred)
Fluent English with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions
Proven experience in remote work
or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style
Experience in lead generation, managing inbound/outbound calls, and using CRM systems
Commitment to the Houston (CDT) schedule
