Job Description:

Delivering a well-presented store, with great availability, is a key part of a customer’s overall shopping experience. As a Nightshift Replenishment Assistant you will work to maintain store standards around stock levels, merchandising and housekeeping tasks, whist delivering first class customer service to our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional approach
  • Support customers with product queries and selection when required
  • Maintain high service standards even during replenishment tasks
  • Operate tills when necessary to support smooth service
  • Ensure the store is fully replenished and product availability is maximised
  • Accurately receive and process deliveries in line with company procedures
  • Rotate stock and maintain compliance with stocktaking and inventory checks
  • Merchandise and price products to brand and store standards
  • Highlight and report any stock discrepancies or shortages promptly
  • Keeping the store well presented at all time
  • Ensure the safe usage of all the cleaning materials
  • Ensuring store and stock rooms are kept tidy in line with H&S
  • Reporting any potential hazards on the shop floor or stock room to the manager/supervisors
  • Ensuring security of stock on shop floor and compliance of till inventory
  • Responsible for the shop floor security when on shift
  • Awareness of potential security risks out with store and part of the greater airport community
