Nightshift Dispatch Operative

NIGHTSHIFT DISPATCH OPERATIVE - INVERNESS, UK Temporary Role Available with an immediate start. Would suit a student as role will be until September 2026. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Checking orders for accuracy, quality, and completeness prior to dispatch. Preparing products for delivery, ensuring they are correctly packed and labelled. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production environment. Collaborating closely with production and night shift teams to meet nightly dispatch deadlines. Assisting with inventory checks and stock organisation as required. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, or production roles is beneficial but not essential. Physical fitness to handle lifting and manual handling tasks. Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred. Knowledge of food hygiene standards and food production operations is advantageous. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a temporary full-time night shift role until September 2026, ideal for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment. Working hours are 35 -37.5 hours per week. Schedule includes five nights out of six, with every Saturday night off and one other night rotated weekly. Rate of pay is £15 per hour.
