We are on the lookout for a Claims Handler to join our established First Response Team to work on a night shift basis, working 44 hours per week on a rota of 4 days on 4 days off.
Job Responsibility:
Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage
Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients
Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties
Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential
Requirements:
Contact Centre Experience
Target driven/Experience working to KPI’s
Ability to work to deadlines
Good independent and team working skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Nice to have:
Insurance Sector experience
Case Management experience
Prior knowledge of motor claims, liability, and litigation
