Job Description

As a Nights/Weekends Flex Schedule Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you’ll share our vision for improving access to quality mental health care while working in a culture grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Job Responsibility

  • Full-time clinicians schedule 30 sessions per week and execute at least 25 (part-time considered case-by-case)
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
  • Use creative interventions to support client goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities

Requirements

  • Active clinical license in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW preferred)
  • Prompt and effective communicator
  • Strong professional boundaries
  • Timely documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Comfort with electronic intakes, portals, and automated processes
  • Comfortable discussing billing and collecting client financial responsibility
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to sign a non-compete and provide therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employment
