What you’ll do: – Coordinate urgent travel and accommodation for medical repatriations – Manage cases end-to-end with care, accuracy, and speed – Provide tailored travel solutions during critical moments – Work collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced team What we’re looking for: – 2+ years in the travel industry – Strong attention to detail and organisation – Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills – Confident communication and customer service – Galileo or Amadeus experience (a bonus, not essential) Shifts & Benefits – Night shifts (full-time, ~40 hours/week) – Mon-Fri: 22:00-08:00 | Weekends: 21:00-08:00 – Full in-office training, then remote working – Be part of a 24/7 team making a genuine impact every day
