Nights Manager

• Front Desk Excellence: lead a team of Night Auditors, inspiring them to provide outstanding service
• Guest Engagement: greet each guest, anticipate their needs, and exceed expectations
• Supervision and Training: oversee daily operations of the reception desk throughout the night, guide and mentor Night Auditors, provide ongoing training
• Problem Solving: handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations
• Collaboration: collaborate closely with various departments, namely the day time reception team, provide a full update and handover to the day time team

• Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Additional language proficiency is a bonus
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7
