We want our guests to love The Railway Hotel as much as we love it, so we need some hospitality stars to come and make that happen. Experience of working as a Nighporter is desirable, but we think (actually, we know) that we are good trainers and coaches, just the right attitude to work and eye for detail. Here at The Railway we expect vigilance, safety and desire to progress and build your knowledge in your job role and work alone over night but with a management team ready to support delivering high standards of safety. Being opposite Worthing station we are easy to commute to and from, offering flexible hours up to 25hr per week.
