• Experience working with children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviour
• Strong organisation and time managements skills
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in imparting independent skills
• A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, a range of professionals and stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in childcare are desirable
