Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Carry out the Night Audit
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments
  • Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
  • Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day
  • Provide food and beverage service during the night shift
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas
  • Follow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed
  • Be the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image

Requirements:

  • A friendly, guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to use Property Management System software such as OPERA Cloud
  • Competency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage night shifts responsibly
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Availability to work night shifts (10:45PM – 7:00 AM) and weekends
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures as well as guest confidentiality

Nice to have:

Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required
