Job Description

We are opening a Brand-new service in Redhill July 2026, the service will be supporting young adults with a range of needs including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs as well as some medical needs. You will be part of a team to deliver a responsive, person centred and flexible support service to enable the people we support to build independence and live the life they want and help them to work towards their goals, aspirations and dreams. You will also promote a psychologically and physically safe, fair and respectful working environment, using people strengths and creating a shared purpose so they can live their 'gloriously ordinary' life.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a responsive, person centred and flexible support service to enable the people we support to build independence and live the life they want
  • Help them to work towards their goals, aspirations and dreams
  • Promote a psychologically and physically safe, fair and respectful working environment
  • Foster a nurturing environment where individuals can feel safe and recover, learn new skills and build positive relationships, return to education and develop skill for employment

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, passionate and caring
  • Resilient, kind and caring
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident working with mental health needs (depression, anxiety)
  • Strong familiarity with social media, relationships and drug or substance misuse
