Job Description

Make a difference overnight supporting children and young people with complex learning needs. Provide calm, consistent care that helps them settle safely and sleep well.

Job Responsibility

Deliver high-quality waking-night care and observation
Support bedtime and morning routines
Assist with personal care as needed
Monitor and record wellbeing
Respond to incidents and escalate appropriately
Administer and record prescribed medication (post-training)
Complete light housekeeping tasks during quieter periods

Requirements

Legal right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS required
Experience in care is essential
Children's residential/SEN/complex needs experience is a bonus
Calm under pressure
Resilient and compassionate team player
Reliable with strong communication and record-keeping skills
