Active Prospects is recruiting for Night Support Worker(s) to join our complex care service in Redhill, Surrey. This service consists of 6 individual flats supporting 6 females requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves. We are looking for people who have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support. The role is about supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.
