Job Description:

Night Supervisor position at Cologne Marriott Hotel responsible for overnight hotel operations, guest services, cashier reports, and team supervision while delivering Marriott's standard of hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Process all guest check-ins
Sell rooms to guests without reservations
Ensure rates match market codes
Scan and charge checks from outlets
Assist in training, evaluating, counseling employees
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Maintain professional communication
Develop positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
