Excellent knowledge in English grammar, pronunciation, and accent usage for calls, email and messaging

2+ years of experience in voice and accent training or similar experience is preferred
Experience in Healthcare RCM industry is desired

Job Responsibility

Facilitate new hire training on English grammar fundamentals, voice and accent
Prepare recurring training reports to the respective training manager
Assist recruitment team for screening candidates on voice and accent
Audit frontline agents calls, record scores and observations on the call monitoring form
Provide feedback and coach the client partners to improve their call handling, voice and accent training
Work with the stakeholders to implement and evaluate the communication skills, soft skills and call handling training programs
Listen to calls on the operation floor and conduct on the floor interventions through coaching and feedback models as defined by function/program
