Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales (Night shift) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in English. The Telesales will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads. As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion-dollar in assets, we’re looking for someone who shares the same growth mindset—ambitious, responsible, and ready to grow with us. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-term journey.

Job Responsibility:

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments
Schedule apartment viewing tours
Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%)
Assist customers in completing rental application forms

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred
1-3 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, airbnb, hospitality, etc.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
Having experience with working remotely as a plus
Proactive and eager to learn
