My client is looking for a Nightshift Team Leader with strong manufacturing process experience to bolster their manufacturing facility following a period of investment and growth. Job Responsibility:

  • Leadership of the night production team, including management of line leaders
  • Ensuring production requirements are met, operational targets are achieved whilst ensuring H&S, Quality standards are all delivered
  • Ensuring product quality is to customer expectations, training staff where necessary to promote a high quality, continuous improvement culture
  • Management of monitoring systems and report generation
