We are looking for a reliable and flexible Night Shift Receptionist who enjoys working independently and keeping things running smoothly while the hotel sleeps. You will be the calm and friendly face of NOTO during the night, ensuring our guests feel safe, welcome, and well cared for until morning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being the main point of contact for guests during the night
  • Handling late check‑ins and early check‑outs with confidence
  • Responding to guest requests and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Ensuring safety, security, and a peaceful hotel environment
  • Performing daily closing procedures
  • Preparing end‑of‑day reports and handing over important information to the morning team

Requirements:

  • A friendly, professional, and service‑oriented attitude
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently
  • Good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Interest in hospitality – previous experience is required
  • Necessity to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
