This is a leadership position for someone who thrives with autonomy. As the senior on-site authority during night shift, you’ll own the full scope of production operations — from scheduling and execution to safety, quality, and team performance — with minimal overhead support. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of independence and accountability
  • Associate degree in manufacturing, business management, or equivalent
  • Strong leadership instincts with the ability to manage large teams under pressure
  • Sound, confident decision-making in fast-moving, safety-critical environments
  • Conflict management — assertive and composed
  • Clear communicator, both one-on-one and in front of a group
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
  • comfortable with operational data and reporting
  • General mechanical/equipment knowledge relevant to manufacturing operations
