Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a chemical field
Strong interest in and knowledge of chemistry and DNA is a must
Excellent PC skills to work with specialized software and applications
A good command of the English language is essential, as this is the working language. Dutch is a plus
You are a proactive team player, punctual, accurate, and capable of standing and moving a lot (10,000 to 15,000 steps per day)
This is a long-term job in a fixed night shift (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM). After an interim period, you will receive a permanent contract with the company

Job Responsibility

synthesis, cleavage of the solid support, desalting, purification, quantification, QC sampling, chemical mixing and/or final processing of oligonucleotides
operating DNA/RNA synthesizers, HPLCs, and/or other laboratory instruments required to perform the tasks mentioned above
calibration, maintenance, and cleaning tasks on designated equipment according to schedule or upon request
This role requires excellent multitasking and time management skills. You are capable of creating your own schedule, setting priorities, and ensuring that daily production goals are met
