Night Shift HGV Mechanic

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs, trailers, and associated plant
• Mechanical fault-finding and repair work
• Carrying out routine inspections and safety checks
• Diagnosing and rectifying defects to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy
• Completing job cards and maintenance paperwork accurately
• Handing work over clearly between shifts
• Maintaining high workshop, housekeeping, and health & safety standards

• Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic, Fleet Technician, or Plant Fitter
• Strong hands-on mechanical experience
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or time-served equivalent)
• Comfortable working night shifts independently
• Reliable, professional approach with pride in your work

• 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern – excellent work-life balance
