Job Description

We are currently seeking a PM Nightshift Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to a highly skilled individual who can work effectively within a dynamic team environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering strong operational performance and supporting our customers throughout the nightshift. If you’re proactive, reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you. Note, that this is a night shift role within a 24/7 work environment. Weekend availability will be required for this position. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based at our Barnawartha Depot.

Job Responsibility

  • Basic Fatigue Management compliance (training will be provided)
  • Ensuring all operational, administration, customer service, relationships are managed in a professional and appropriate manner
  • Maintaining effective, efficient and best practice logistics solutions within the operations (planning, allocating and scheduling work)
  • Answering phone calls
  • Data entry
  • General administrative / operational tasks.
