As a Night Senior Care Assistant at De Brook Lodge Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our care. Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and implementing care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity and independence
  • Getting to know residents and their families to deliver personalised care plans
  • Maintaining the highest standards of care
  • Influencing the rest of the team
  • Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administering medication

Requirements:

  • Leading a team of Care Assistants
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Building strong relationships with the team
  • Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
  • Attending safeguarding training appropriate to role
  • Undertaking additional training in associated areas
  • Reporting concerns and escalation if action is not taken
