Night Security

• Monitoring the CCTV, regular patrols and keeping record of any situations that arise
• Effective control of the centre entrances
• Monitoring staff and guest behaviour, swiftly resolving any situations that may cause a disturbance
• Following due diligence procedures
• Providing customer service, dealing with guest queries or complaints
• Being a key-holder and securing the centre as required
• Reporting staff sickness
• Dealing with minor maintenance issues & cleaning of communal guest areas
• Taking the initial lead in managing any emergency procedures during the night
• Completing tasks that contribute towards the presentation of the centre
• Holding the out of hours centre emergency phone

• Previous experience working in an overnight role, or comfortable with working a night role
• Strong work ethic
• Basic Maintenance Skills
• Excellent communication & customer service skills

Someone who has or is willing to complete a first aid qualification
