Job Responsibility

Monitoring the CCTV, regular patrols and keeping record of any situations that arise
Effective control of the centre entrances
Monitoring staff and guest behaviour, swiftly resolving any situations that may cause a disturbance
Following due diligence procedures
Providing customer service, dealing with guest queries or complaints
Being a key-holder and securing the centre as required
Reporting staff sickness
Dealing with minor maintenance issues & cleaning of communal guest areas
Taking the initial lead in managing any emergency procedures during the night
Completing tasks that contribute towards the presentation of the centre
