As an Operations Manager at Atlas, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and effective delivery of operational services. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards across people, processes and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to respond effectively to changing operational demands while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Building strong working relationships with the Atlas Control Centre and wider stakeholders
Ensuring teams are fully briefed on their daily duties and understand their responsibilities
Ensuring teams operate in line with company procedures and expectations
Overseeing compliance with operational requirements, including daily vehicle checks and reporting
Supporting, coaching and guiding direct reports
Driving consistency, accountability and continuous improvement across operations
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Experienced and confident leader
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
