Job Description:

As a Night Receptionist at Estelle Manor, you will offer a warm and friendly welcome for all our members and guests arriving to the estate throughout the night. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities during the night shift, including the night audit, in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the front office team here at Estelle Manor.

Job Responsibility:

Offer a warm and friendly welcome for all our members and guests arriving to the estate throughout the night
Assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities during the night shift, including the night audit, in an efficient and positive manner
Be an ambassador for the front office team

Requirements:

Previous hotel reception experience
Experience of working nights or in a luxury property would be desirable
Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience of working nights or in a luxury property would be desirable
Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is advantageous
