Job Description:

We’re looking for a Night Porter to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our guests throughout the night. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two nights are the same. From welcoming late arrivals and assisting with check-ins to carrying out security checks and preparing for the next day’s events, you’ll be the reassuring presence that keeps everything running smoothly after dark.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
  • Handling check-in and check-out procedures during night hours
  • Monitoring the premises with regular patrols to ensure safety and security
  • Responding to guest enquiries and room service requests promptly
  • Assisting with early morning setups for breakfast or events
  • Carrying out light cleaning duties to maintain public areas
  • Completing night audit procedures and preparing handovers for the morning team
  • Responding to emergencies or alarms in line with hotel procedures
  • Ensuring all exits, doors, and windows are secure overnight
  • You may be required to support in the set up for events
  • There may be some requirement to support at our other site (Mill Farm Sports Village)

Requirements:
