Job Description:

BrewDog are on the hunt for a Hotel Night Porter for our DogHouse. Our hotels are at the forefront of our mission to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. DogHouse is a completely beer centric hotel with beer on tap in all boutique rooms, mini-bars filled with the best beers & fridges in the shower for shower beers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure health and safety of guests throughout the night
  • Deliver highest levels of customer service
  • Serve room service to guests
  • Food handling to dish up 24hr hot dog menu
  • Work with reception and housekeeping team to ensure smooth operation
  • Perform safety checks and standards checks throughout the shift
  • Perform light set up duties for the day ahead
  • Safely evacuate guests in event of an emergency
  • Work closely with Management Team to ensure guests are welcomed into a stand-out venue

Requirements:

  • High standard of customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in problem solving and crisis management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in hotels is essential
  • Experience at management level is preferable
  • Dedicated and flexible
  • Able to work different hours throughout the week and weekends and occasional holiday cover
  • First Aid Certified preferable
