Night Porter

• Handling guest enquiries, incidents and requests, coordinating services with the Manager when required
• Following company control procedures in line with internal audit requirements
• Maintaining full knowledge of emergency and fire procedures and responding confidently when needed
• Working closely with the Front Office team to ensure all overnight objectives are achieved
• Closing daily business, completing nightly checks, cleaning and securing the property, and preparing for the following day
• Supporting other departments during the night shift, including bar or restaurant duties when required
• Consistently delivering a high standard of customer service

• Excellent customer service skills and a calm, professional manner
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong self-motivation
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaborative work with colleagues
• Team player with a flexible approach to shift patterns
• Previous experience working night shifts is desirable, but not essential
