Night Porter

• Manage front-desk operations during the night shift
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and reconcile charges from the previous day
• Responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests
• Ensure smooth communication with guests and team members through the portable phone
• Monitor key handling, turn off lights in unoccupied rooms, assist guests with any needs, and oversee night-time cleaning operations
• Balance financial accounts, report any maintenance issues, and be prepared to manage emergency situations
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

Experience of comparable work in a hotel/hospitality environment preferred.
