Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our growing hospitality family. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during the evening and overnight hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by conducting routine patrols and monitoring security systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas as needed
  • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Operate the switchboard and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional way
  • Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events
  • Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
