Job Description:

Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist position for a family expecting their first baby in August 2026. The role involves overnight care in the family's home, providing support and guidance to new parents.

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard night nanny/NCS duties are required
  • Provide overnight care for one infant
  • Teach and support parents emotionally through their first three months as a family

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
  • 3+ years of experience with infants and working with parents
  • 3+ years of experience as a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist that can be verified with references
  • Infant CPR and First Aide is a must-have

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with breast-feeding and/or bottle-feeding support would be a major plus
  • A cat-lover (or at least liker) would be wonderful
