Job Description:

Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist needed for a family in Conifer, Colorado. The position involves overnight care for a newborn, starting in early to mid-March 2026. The family lives in a 3-story home and has two friendly dogs. The role requires a 3-month contract, with a schedule of five nights per week for the first month and four nights per week for the remaining two months (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9:00pm - 6:00am).

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard night nanny/NCS duties are required
  • Care for one newborn
  • Provide support and guidance regarding O2 monitoring for the baby due to higher elevation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with infants, toddlers, school-age children
  • 3+ years of experience as a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist that can be verified with references
  • Infant CPR and First Aid is a must-have
  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations
