Job Responsibility

  • Serves as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations ensuring its high quality, as well as maintaining and exceeding standards during the overnight shift
  • Represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
  • Personally assist in resolving any issues and completing tasks
  • Provide services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests
  • Improves service offering from all departments by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish their work
  • Assists Front Office Manager in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • at least 2 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability
  • Being innovative, pro-active and reliable, able to work alone and within a team
  • Sufficient experience in a similar position and strong Front Office / Managerial experience
  • An ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality, being a role model as a leader and having a drive for sales
