Job Description:

We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team at The Pelham Hotel. Looking after our colleagues is all that we care about. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the hotel's operations during the night, acting as the main point of contact for guests and ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless experience
  • Manage late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest enquiries and concerns, and ensure a calm, professional, and personalised service throughout the night
  • Supervise the night team, complete night audit procedures, reconcile accounts, and ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and support guest requests efficiently while ensuring all front office and security procedures are carried out in line with standards
  • Work independently while maintaining close communication with other departments to ensure continuity and overall success

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Night Manager or supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A confident, proactive, and responsible individual who thrives in an autonomous, overnight role
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times
