Job Description:

Night Manager position at Munich Marriott Hotel City West, responsible for leading the night team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during overnight operations at this upscale hotel with 398 guest rooms, conference center, and multiple dining venues.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the complete Guest Journey from booking receipt to departure and billing
Professional night shift management at reception including night audit and end of day
Familiar with digital hotel systems and passing knowledge to team
Finding new ways to make Guest Journey more personal and efficient
Controlling bookings and group invoices
Preparing reports and statistics for accounting department
Making regular security rounds and checking entrances/exits
Facilitating clear communication with other departments
Present with guests and professional in complaint management
Creating analyses and reports on guest satisfaction
Administrative and operational management of night team
Further development of team and trainees
Providing professional induction for new team members

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant management experience at the front office in the hotel industry
Fantastic appearance, charming and professional
Experienced leader who is empathetic to your team
Communication talent with very good German and English skills
Winning appearance, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
Willingness to perform that inspires team to peak performance
Enthusiasm to share knowledge with team and trainees
Work permit for EU/Germany
