Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily routines
  • Manage care plans and assessments
  • Run the keyworker system
  • Ensure accurate documentation and medication handling
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
  • Take part in care shifts when needed
  • Support team development through mentoring and supervision

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in a care home (essential)
  • NVQ Level 4+ in Health & Social Care
  • Strong dementia care experience
