As a Night In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless and personalized late-night dining experience for our guests. You will coordinate and deliver in-room dining services, manage guest orders, and maintain the highest service standards while working independently during overnight shifts.
Job Responsibility
Take and coordinate in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations to guests
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction
Accurately process orders and payments using Micros system
Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms while ensuring presentation and service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support minibar refresh and amenity delivery
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance
Strong command of English

Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
