Job Description

As a Night In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless and personalized late-night dining experience for our guests. You will coordinate and deliver in-room dining services, manage guest orders, and maintain the highest service standards while working independently during overnight shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • Take and coordinate in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations to guests
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Accurately process orders and payments using Micros system
  • Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms while ensuring presentation and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support minibar refresh and amenity delivery

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance
  • Strong command of English
  • additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
