Love creating memorable guest experiences? Join our Night Host team in Cornwall and help keep our hotels safe, welcoming, and full of hospitality magic—nightly! This hands-on, varied role is key to delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests feel cared for—even late at night. Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a smooth check-in for late arrivals and early check-outs, following our standard procedures
  • Answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently
  • Supporting the food and beverage team with room service deliveries
  • Managing guest billing, financial transactions, and the reception float accurately
  • Keeping reception and public areas tidy and up to brand standards
  • Overnight security to ensure the hotel site is safe
  • Handling guest requests, recording feedback, and ensuring seamless shift handovers
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential
