Night Host

• Delivering a smooth check-in for late arrivals and early check-outs, following our standard procedures
• Answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently
• Supporting the food and beverage team with room service deliveries
• Managing guest billing, financial transactions, and the reception float accurately
• Keeping reception and public areas tidy and up to brand standards
• Overnight security to ensure the hotel site is safe
• Handling guest requests, recording feedback, and ensuring seamless shift handovers
• Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when problem-solving

• Confident, positive, and adaptable team players
• Problem-solvers who can answer guest questions and find solutions independently
• Previous hotel experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential
• Passionate about hospitality and creating positive, lasting memories for our guests

• Physical stamina to patrol the hotels and grounds, and assist with nightly cleaning and tidying
