Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming and assisting guests arriving during night hours with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
  • Responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving any issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring and maintaining the security of the hotel premises throughout the night
  • Managing telephone calls and messages, directing them appropriately
  • Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing nightly reports for management review

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a guest service or customer-facing role, preferably within the catering & hospitality industry

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions during night shifts
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with hotel management systems or willingness to learn
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Understanding of health and safety standards relevant to the hospitality sector
