Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Night Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel in the vibrant heart of Brussels. You will be crucial in ensuring a seamless night-time operation, handling guest check-ins, performing crucial administrative tasks, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly welcome guests and instantly make them feel at ease
  • Correctly process the entire check-in, check-out process, including room assignments and modifications
  • Be responsible for accurate invoicing, verifying rates, and securing payments (cash, credit card, vouchers)
  • Handle and follow up on guest queries, requests, and complaints to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Assist with luggage, provide information, and guide guests to facilities (F&B, Wellness, meetings)
  • Register guests according to local guidelines and file all relevant documentation
  • Prepare and check daily operational reports, credit card authorization reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, answer emails, and efficiently communicate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping) regarding room status and guest preferences

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a Front Office role
  • You are fluent in English and possess a basic speaking level of French and/or Dutch
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • experience with the Opera PMS system is a significant asset
  • You are a flexible team player who is willing to take on diverse tasks with a positive attitude
  • You can work the night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, and also on weekends
