Job Description:

The role of the Public Areas Cleaner is to maintain and clean the corridors, pantries and various public areas and common parts of the hotel. He/she also manages all ad hoc requests from the floor manager to provide immediate assistance with the upkeep of the premises.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and clean corridors, pantries and various public areas and common parts of the hotel
  • Manage all ad hoc requests from the floor manager to provide immediate assistance with the upkeep of the premises
  • Respect and ensure the cleanliness of pantries and storerooms
  • Follow service sequence: removing rubbish bins, cleaning complaints, vacuuming
  • Leave areas in an impeccably clean state while complying with hygiene and safety standards
  • Organise day according to tasks and duties assigned by the Housekeeper
  • Work independently according to the day's activities and priorities
  • Report any technical problems encountered to the House Manager
  • Follow up on customer complaints immediately
