Job Responsibility

Perform all cleaning duties for facility using provided ServiceMaster Clean products, tools and procedures
Sweeping / vacuuming (backpack vacuums used), mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, cafeteria cleaning, spot clean windows, dusting
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment by communicating with Supervisor
Use proper PPE where required

Job Responsibility

Observe and identify areas that need repair and submit information to the supervisor
Comply with state and federal policies such as OSHA and EPA
Operate and maintain equipment, including hand and shop tools
Move furniture and set up conference rooms for meetings and events
Perform designated watchman rounds to ensure security and safety, check building systems for proper function, and update security logs
Perform chemical renovations
Monitor fire protection systems
