Job Description

As a Night Cook, you will support overnight culinary operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency during night service hours. You will independently manage assigned kitchen duties while maintaining the highest Four Seasons standards and supporting late-night services and preparations for the following day.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare food items during night service according to standard recipes and quality standards
  • Manage mise en place and production for overnight operations and next-day preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen throughout the shift
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and fire-safety regulations
  • Communicate operational needs and issues to Sous Chefs or morning kitchen leadership
  • Support room service, employee dining, and other night culinary requirements as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook, Commis, or Night Cook in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Basic to intermediate culinary skills and understanding of kitchen operations
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
