Job Responsibility

Look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support
Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
Support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews
Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents

Managing the care team within the Home
Ensuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents
Promoting and delivering high standards of care
Supervising and instructing less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home
