Night Cleaner

• Perform deep cleaning and special project work in public spaces, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and meeting areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently
• Strip, wax, and polish floors

• and clean upholstery as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house hallways, employee areas, and service corridors
• Follow nightly task lists and project schedules assigned by Housekeeping leadership
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly
• Replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed
• maintain organized storage areas
• Adhere to all safety, chemical handling, and equipment operation procedures
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to ensure safe and secure overnight operations
• Assist with setup or breakdown of special events or large-scale cleaning projects when required
• Uphold Dellshire Resort’s service standards by demonstrating professionalism, dependability, and pride in work

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping, custodial, or maintenance experience required
• Resort or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment operation, and chemical safety
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and safety conscious
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
