Job Responsibility

Observe and record the client's health status
Assist clients with activities of daily living
Ensure the client's safety
Maintain client confidentiality
Notify clients of changes in medications
Arrange transportation for client appointments
Provide respiratory care (Clearway cough assist)
Provide catheter management
Provide medication routine
Provide mobility support

Job Responsibility
